We have been monitoring the current Government restrictions in regards to gatherings, however unfortunately at this stage, to ensure we meet the guidelines, we have to make significant changes to our planned fundraising night on Tuesday 29 September.
Disappointingly, the kids disco will not be able to go ahead on the night.
We will still be hosting our race sponsors, and players and their families are still welcome to attend the night if they wish, but activities will be limited on that night. At the present time, there are 3 remaining race sponsorships for those that are interested.
Pre-purchased tickets will still be honoured should you attend. However, for those who have purchased tickets and wish to be refunded they can be returned to the canteen for refund.
The raffle will still be drawn on On the night. Please ensure you return all of your tickets and monies, or unsold tickets to your Manager or to the canteen
This has been a challenging year for everyone, and we are all really disappointed that we are not able to have our usual fundraising and social night.
